Yoga Cubs

Navigate the early stages of parenthood, reduce anxiety, stretch, relax, breathe and bond with your child during a baby yoga class with Grow Family.  This class is designed for caregivers and babies: newborn to 3 years old.

Yoga Cubs is the perfect opportunity to cuddle with your little one, give gentle kisses and incorporate your baby into poses while strengthening your core while enjoying time with your baby and meeting other new parents.  Infants will strengthen the muscles in their head, neck, shoulders and core.

Classes will be taught by Heather Horrell, a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor, from Grow Family.

Yoga Cubs is held the third Saturday of each month at 9:00am.   Feel free to bring your own yoga mat from home or you may borrow one from the Zoo.

Yoga Cubs is held in the Asian Gardens (weather permitting)** The class will meet at 8:45am at the Education Campus and will be escorted into the Zoo. Click Here for a Map to the Education Campus
