WINTER ZOO CAMP
Thanks for a great Winter Camp 2019!
Date Change: A program date change request must be received by email or fax at least three weeks prior to the camp start date. Date changes are subject to availability and will incur a $25 rescheduling fee per camper. Date changes cannot be applied to future camps (for example, if you are registered for Winter Camp, you cannot use a date change to register for Summer Camp).
Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be received in writing by email or fax at least three weeks prior to the camp start date to qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than three weeks prior to the camp start date. Unless Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens cancels camp, there will be no refunds given for bad weather. There are no refunds given for dates missed due to illness.
